ComTrack is a Municipal Service Request module that assists in the effective communication and collaboration of customer issues which traditional tools like spreadsheets and email simply cannot offer.

ComTrack is a form-based request for service that is automatically sent to the appropriate township department that the website-registered public may submit. ComTrack may include a citizen’s request for the repair or installation of safety features on township-owned public property such as

playground equipment park lighting, or quality of life issues including recycling pickup, snow removal, the discovery of a pothole, or suspected code violations.
