Annual Subscription Support

With the purchase of the annual subscription Marmak provides telephone and e-mail support beyond the warranty period. Problem resolution support by telephone and e-mail is available during the business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (not including statutory holidays), Eastern Standard Time.
