Road Patrol
Road Patrol addresses the daily requirements of a municipal roads department, to efficiently collect and manage patrol data, through the system’s tabular and graphical interface.
This system uses a single road network and captures road status information that supports the Ontario Minimum Maintenance Standards (MMS) regulation.
Water
There is a growing need by municipalities and water utilities to find better ways to prioritize their infrastructure asset maintenance, rehabilitation and replacement projects. As infrastructure ages, it becomes increasingly more challenging to assign limited capital expenditures to the repair. The water module manages, hydrants, blow-off, water main, flushing, inspections, repairs and checks.
Locate
Locate
The Locate component is used to assist Public Works staff with managing both water locates and service connections. The Ontario Underground Infrastructure Notification System Act, 2012. (OUINSA2012) requires anyone planning "to disturb the ground" to contact Ontario One Call (ON1Call) at least 5 business days ahead of time to request a locate, which will notify the owners of infrastructure in the vicinity of the digging to identify their buried facilities.
Document Management
A comprehensive municipal historical retrieval management solution to store, manage, index, retrieve, and print engineering archival information. This system significantly reduces the expenses of managing historical tabular data and paper based engineering records and ensures that tabular and graphical information is accurate and up-to-date. Various municipal departments including, Public Works, Planning, Facility Management, and Building can share access to scanned engineering documents.

Service Requests
Proposed Level of Service (LoS) required for citizen engagement is a critical component of asset management. Proper management of service requests creates clear communication between citizens and service providers, enabling both to interact at many levels, from start to finish. Service requests are delivered from the public to frontline staff and is sent to the person responsible for dealing with the issue.
Backflow
Municipalities are passing by-laws requiring all industrial, commercial, institutional and some multi-residential properties ensure the delivery of safe, clean drinking water within their boundaries. Municipalities are taking a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and seeking solutions to problems that may arise. Adoption of the Backflow module protects residents from harmful contaminants that may enter the water system through cross-connections or backflow. The Backflow Protection Program will help to ensure that the potable drinking water system is protected against the entry of any contaminants.
Sign Inventory
The purpose of the Sign Inventory module is to provide an organized and consistent means of gathering needed data for each sign while in the field so that the information may be easily managed. This module focuses specifically on creating an inventory of regulatory and warning signs throughout a municipality in order to facilitate a practical and cost effective means of assessing and managing signs.
